Posts based on the events part of the Galaxy hub

@dianichj and I were checking how to use galaxy-social to advertise events (workshops or talks) on social media accounts of Galaxy Eu.

We noticed that there is a bot that creates PRs for news section but not the events. Is it possible to have a bot for events as well? We think it is very nice to advertise events to improve the outreach and increase the engagement.

@bgruening suggested to have something very minimalistic template. The bot could take only the following:

• title
• date
• link to the event on galaxy hub
  In contrast to the news section which the bot makes long (full text) posts.
