Describe the bug
From email - "Are there any additional decimal points of precision available for any categories? Many types of data only have two decimal points of precision, and this has been giving me some trouble in replicating the designations, because at this level of precision two census tracts with the same score may have different percentiles."

As a follow up, the TSD doesn't contain any information about rounding or floating and it probably should.
