Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
People are interested in filtering the spreadsheet in order to better understand which categories a census tract is identified as disadvantaged in. For example, which tracts are identified as disadvantaged in the climate change category. Additionally, they are interested in seeing categories in combination. For example, climate change and legacy pollution. There is currently no way to do the second request and the first request is relatively clunky to do - you have to see all the columns in each category and then find the / filter by the TRUEs.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Update the download data to include category exceed columns for each category.
  2. Brainstorm ways to support the second request (I think this requires "data science" to do - basically a Python script can do this fairly easily).

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
