Quickstart issue and Docker fails to install poetry

When following quickstart instructions, I get the following error during Docker's installation of poetry

Expected behavior
Docker to properly install container

Desktop (please complete the following information):
MacOS 13.3.1 (22E261)
Apple M2 chip

Any suggestions to work around this?
