Spanish translation, county is not translated because it comes from the backend #2207

Describe the bug
For the translations into Spanish, when you have a census tract selected, the word "County" isn't translated in the part of the string that comes from the backend. A simple fix would be to remove the County from the data since it is indicated as a County value previously. See screenshots

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Explore the map (Español)'
  2. Click on 'any census tract'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Remove the second county from the backend data strings. This will also work for the English version.
