there were a couple of issues with the Bucaramanga clusters that get resolved by the uscuni/simplification#156 branch, i checked :)

These "issues reviews" (Bucaramanga, Wuhan, Liège), should they kept open (and remain here in simplification)? Or be transferred over to sgeop?
