This is our Final Year Project for our course of B.Tech in Computer Science. This project consists of a simple UI which launches the integrated camera on the system and detects if a person is wearing a mask or not.
- If you're running this project for the first time, then open command prompt in the folder destination and write the command
pip install -r requirements.txt. - Now that everything's set up and running, run this command
python face_mask_detector.pyin the command prompt or terminal. - The project should run, and GUI should open up. Then, click on "Launch Camera" button to open the integrated camera.
- Once you're done, click "q" on the keyboard to stop.
