Cant find "Unresolved" option in --resolution argument

when i use --resolution Argument, i dont see Unresolved as an option to select, all other options are showing up.

When i look at the actual jira database in html browser, i see that Unresolved is the first option available to select. Hope you are not dropping out the first element
