The event organizers are Cripto La Plata and Ethereum Bolivia communities, both very active communities in La Plata - Argentina and Bolivia in 3 main cities, organizing educational events and meetups with their local communities regularly, here some details:

Events:

- ETH Bolivia 2024 Buildathon: The second edition of our blockchain buildathon was successfully conducted in August 2024 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, where we achieved the following results:
- 130 active hackers
- 300+ attendees to talks during ETH Bolivia 2024
- 31 projects successfully developed and presented during the buildathon
- 2 categories: DeFi, Public Goods (each category got 2 places, only DeFi track got a honorific mention too)
- $3000 in prizes
- Ethereum Bolivia 2023: The first edition of a blockchain buildathon was successfully conducted last year in La Paz in October 2023, where we achieved the following results:
- 64 hackers registered
- 45 hackers participated during the event
- 11 projects registered
- 9 projects classified
- 2 categories: global solutions (2 finalist teams) and local solutions (4 finalist teams)
- $1000 in prizes
- Global Pizza Party 2024: Organized the Global Pizza Party in 3 main cities of Bolivia for the first time:
- La Paz: 97 tickets minted, 69 people attended with tickets, 2 people accepted without tickets
- Cochabamba: 60 tickets minted, 60 people attended with ticket, 10 tickets airdroped, 15 people accepted without tickets
- Santa Cruz: 85 tickets minted, 70 people attended with tickets, 10 people accepted without tickets

• Festejo del Burrito Nouns con Ethereum Bolivia, in partnership with Nouns Amigos on June 12th/2024:
  Organized the second anniversary of the Nouns Amigos community, delivering not only a party but also a fun onboarding experience to new users into web3, here some metrics:

One of the most active communities in Argentina, organizing events, conferences, and hackathons primarily in Argentina but also in other countries with experience since 2017.
Pedro Rey is the main person responsible for the organization and the team in charge of the CriptoConferencia.

1.1 About the “100k Closing Party” at CriptoConferencia Event

Event Objective

The "100k Closing Party" marks the grand finale of the fifth edition of CriptoConferencia, a unique opportunity to shine a spotlight on Unlock DAO and its groundbreaking products. Designed to provide an exclusive platform for showcasing Unlock Protocol, this event will focus on engaging attendees with its decentralized solutions, fostering adoption, and generating curiosity about its smart contract capabilities.
This premium networking and celebration event will feature a dedicated presentation on Unlock Protocol, a cocktail reception, and interactive activities to amplify visibility and community engagement for the DAO.
1. How We Will Highlight Unlock Protocol
Dedicated Presentation & Networking

• Unlock DAO will have a prime opportunity to present its mission, tools, and vision during the cocktail and networking session.
• Announcements and product demos will showcase how Unlock Protocol transforms ticketing, memberships, and beyond with smart contracts.
• Activation activities will encourage hands-on engagement, fostering a deeper understanding of Unlock’s capabilities.
  Exclusive Physical Branding
• Logo placement on banners at the conference venue and the main stage screen during the event.
• A preferential 2x1m booth equipped with tables, chairs, electricity, and all required resources for promoting Unlock Protocol.
• Unlock DAO can showcase its products, distribute merchandise, host promoters, and run activation campaigns directly with attendees.
  Digital Branding
• Logo placement on the conference website and across all digital promotional materials, including flyers and social media posts by CriptoConferencia’s official channels.
• Exposure to an audience of over 50,000 impressions across platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, bolstered by CriptoConf’s reach and allied communities.

2. Benefits for Unlock DAO

3. Potential Risks for the DAO
Limited follow-up: If attendees are not adequately engaged post-event, long-term adoption might not materialize.
Event dependencies: As a live event, unforeseen logistical challenges could impact delivery.
To mitigate these risks, the CriptoConf team will provide post-event data, including attendee contacts (where permitted), engagement metrics, and social media insights to maximize ROI for Unlock DAO.

4. Required Resources
For the success of this partnership, we request:

• Sponsorship funds: $600 USDC to cover event costs and branding opportunities.
• Unlock team support: Representatives to lead the presentation and activations.
• Merchandise (optional): Branded materials for giveaways at the booth and during the networking session.
• The CriptoConf team will assist with logistics, supplier contacts for merchandise, and stand setup to ensure a seamless experience. With over three years of experience organizing events in Bolivia, we are prepared to provide tailored support for Unlock DAO’s needs.

5. Event Schedule for the Closing Party

• 9:00 PM: Cocktail reception and networking.
• 9:30 PM: Presentation: "Unlocking Possibilities with Unlock Protocol."
• 10:00 PM: Interactive activities and on-site activations at Unlock’s booth.*

6. Budget
Total Sponsorship Amount: 600 USDC. This budget is distributed as follows:

• Protocol merchandise: 50 USDC
• Venue rental and technical equipment: 100 USDC
• Marketing, design, and promotion: 100 USDC
• Food and snacks 100 USDC
• Drinks 100 USDC
• Dj and decorations 100 USDC
• Stickers, bracelets and IDs for attendees 50 USDC
  Total: 600 USDC

And includes:

• Prime booth space with full setup support.
• Branding in all physical and digital event materials.
• A dedicated presentation slot during the "100k Closing Party."

The budget requested in the Description is reflected in USDC as the costs of the organization could be affected by the market price of UDT.

We really think this is a great opportunity to showcase the power or web3 through Unlock Protocol to an audience that will be onboarded into many talks related to cripto and web3 in Bolivia, and specially now that the Bolivian Central Banck has debanned crypto and is willing to allow transactions related to crypto to the Bolivian Financial System, and the solution that Unlock provides is non-financial, inclusive, and empowerment to creators, organizers and entrepreneurs, which will be a shocking and new experience for everyone in the audience to learn.
