Issue Summary

on /apis I’m not sure what the time on this tooltip is supposed to tell me. we’re looking at a full month, so I’d expect each bar to include multiple days

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set APIs to monthly.
2. Hover on the bar chart.

Expected behavior

1. The tooltip should dynamically changed based on time range.
