I went down a deep deep rabbit hole today and chanced upon http://commdocs.house.gov/committees/. Thanks to a Wayback Machine visualizer, it looks like most of the data is for the House Agriculture and Financial Services committees.

I don't know if this is relevant to the purposes of this repository.
