Visualize the 18F and Data.gov API catalogs side by side #11

Create one page with two columns that lays out the data.gov api list next to the 18F list in a way that makes it easy to compare the two.

As I think about this more, I think the easiest thing to do would be to instead just focus on making a visualization like the 18F HTML but that consumes the API listing in Data.gov instead. In other words, just do #12 and then open it and the 18F HTML up side by side.

Note - I'd been whiteboarding this issue here, but don't think it matters, what with focusing on #12 instead.
