I suppose we need to add a few things to https://github.com/uniswap-python/uniswap-python/blob/master/uniswap/constants.py and hopefully that's it?

I see that they say this is "Intended for demo purposes only, this is not an official Uniswap release", maybe we should hold off on something more official? (we want the final contract addresses, so defaults wont change)
