[FEATURE REQUEST] Add acrylic background of the flyout

Purpose:
for more native windows-like design, volume slider and flyout doesn't have the same look and feel

Hi! I've been investigating ways to implement the acrylic background effect that matches Windows 11 acrylic. However, I haven't found any resources that show how to accurately replicate the native Windows 11 acrylic material effect in WPF/XAML.

If anyone has any information or experience with this, please share! It would help FluentFlyout feel even more native!
