Description

Context: The onboarding process for new implementers has proven to be challenging so user research was done with early implementers to address any obstacles by identifying and analysing areas for improvement within the onboarding experience.

Research finding: Most participants mentioned that discussion with experienced engineers was crucial to understanding how services fit together and how implementation would work for their context. Webinars, recordings or in-context expert explainers and examples could help replicate this experience.

User story: As a user, I want access to expert advice or guidance about how to implement certain aspects of the protocol, so that I can confidently make decisions and have an efficient workflow.
