Add Sample and Subject options to filter list in library tab

Currently can only filter by library orcabus id, library id, project name or project owner

So the idea is if you need a filter based on subject or specimen attributes it should go through the subject/sample and filter it from there. Then the tab will always show the related libraries associated with that (sample/subject). Unless you are trying to filter libraries based on both filter in sample and subject?
