curation team previously compiled reasons for inclusion or exclusion of genes
this information is not currently present in the 'Genes Include' and 'Genes Exclude' list
both 'Genes Include' and 'Genes Exclude' lists are to be split and/or modified to add this information
proposed changes to be collated/discussed here
