Add a more accessible back to home button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The return to the homepage hard to find, accessible only at the end and very small.
For the RGAA and in general, improving the link to the home page would prevent users from getting lost. Particularly if I'm navigating using the keyboard: today I have to navigate all the way to the bottom to get back to the home page.

Add a button at the top left when viewing, which disappears when editing.

I wonder if the logo should expand with a label (like uMap or Home) on hover for people with a cursor (vs. fingers).

Can you share the SVG icon ?

Also, I guess we do not display it when the map is in an iframe ?

let's try it with a white background instead so as not to associate it with editing
