Hi everyone,
I made a map using some imported geojson layers.
I sent the link to some dozen users. On some occasions i updated the map, importing some further content.
After two weeks or so, some users reported that the map appears empty, i.e. they can see the background map tiles but none of the points i integrated in the map.
On my devices (Firefox and Chrome on a Windows laptop and Safari, Firefox and Chrome on an iPhone 11), I could not reproduce this issue but I was able to see this problem on the device of one user. It was an iPhone 12 mini with iOS 17.4.1. Here, Chrome did not show the map content.
I already found the solution for this problem by deleting the browser cache.
My question now is: Did my frequent updating the map cause this problem? Some of the users are not so tech-savvy and can't find how to delete the cash. Do I have any influence on this issue in the map settings if I dont want to change the map weblink?
Thanks for any advice in this matter.
Best regards,
Claas

Can you share a link to the map in some way so I can investigate ?

Here is what I see:

So I guess data is here.

As I understand that you can reproduce the issue in Chrome, can you please copy-paste somewhere the source of the map (ctrl-U when you are on the map). And a screenshot of the map as seen on Chrome.

Thanks!
