Describe the feature or enhancement

Would it be possible to add the docker compose variables IGNORE_IP, TRACKER_SCRIPT_NAME to the Settings are of the webapp instead of defining them in the YAML file? It would feel more natural there. It would also be helpful if there were a way to add ranges or an asterisk to the IP addresses so a block of IPs could be ignored in advance (e.g. when internet provider inevitably changes my home IP, which seems to happen two or three times a year and clouds up the analytics a bit before I catch the change).

If you simply want to exclude your own visits, you can do this, https://umami.is/docs/exclude-my-own-visits

Additionally, those variables can't be added to the app because they need to be available during build time.
