  • Add automated testing to see if pipeline runs
  • Remove hardcoded paths to make more general
  • Fix Unet inference (very broken right now)
  • @sohmandal fix splinedist inference so that contours are centered and aligned
  • @sohmandal Add PCA/TSNE/UMAP experiments to see minimum information params
  • Add stats test for splinedist
  • Potentially fork out the splinedist shape analysis
