The list of services should quickly show failed services if there are any, it should also show the number of failed services in the menu item's text in the parent menu somehow

@sassanh As a precursor to implementing this idea, I suggest we have a CLI type tool to allow us to control each service (start/stop) and monitor their status during run-time (status)
