It is unclear that "Both modalities in native T1w subject-space" means. Does it mean there are two T2w volumes, or is it just that the T2w is registered to the T1w?
Say it is in the same space - common collective space ... - need to rewrite this in the documentation. Or do just an indent and clarify that it is not new data and is simply the same registered thing instead.
Check with the student if it fixes the issue once we make the change.
