Docs page for hierarchical (non-) containment #1057
Description
New users often get confused by the approximate geometrical containment of H3. We should make this more clear in the docs so users are not surprised by this behavior. See, for example: #1054
The https://h3geo.org/docs/highlights/indexing page does this somewhat, but I think we should call out non-containment more explicitly, and as early as possible.
I think a dedicated "Hierarchical containment" page is the best way to do this.
