Remove admonition about older versions of VSCode

What is inaccurate?

Admonition about older versions of VSCode is no longer needed as the issue has been resolved in recent versions. Replace it with brief instructions on how to update from older versions (but maybe in a different spot).

1. Update your local VSCode installation.
2. In an HPC Desktop Job terminal on Cheaha, run code update.
3. In the same terminal, run code tunnel as usual.
4. Attempt to connect from your local VSCode installation "Remote - Tunnels" extension as usual.
5. The "Remote - Tunnels" extension should attempt to install the latest version of Code Server. Unlike with prior versions, the installation should complete successfully.
6. Use "Remote - Tunnels" as usual.
