What would you like to see added?

Some software, such as Cell Ranger, comes with end-user license agreements (EULAs) that prohibit system-wide installation in Cheaha. To help users install such software, we will create a dedicated page for packages that support user-based installation and do not require sudo permissions. This page will include:

(i) Software that cannot be installed via conda or containers.

(ii) Software with EULAs that restrict system-wide installation or non-transferrable.

(iii) Commonly used software that requires building from the source, typically from GitHub or other sites. For instance, VASP.

Initially, we will focus on adding user-based installation procedures for Cell Ranger and VASP to this page. We can update later to include additional software.
