We need to clearly document the LTS space creation and key refresh procedures in detail, and what the customer expectations are.

1. How to Request a Key Refresh:

• Include contact details and the procedure for requesting a key refresh.

2. Next steps after space creation or key refresh:

• Users will receive an email from $(address) with further instructions
• The email contains a link to a UAB Box text file containing the access keys (secret key and access key)
• Note: The UAB Box link expires after $(number-of-days). so the keys should be stored securely.

3. How to get started with LTS after receiving credentials:

• Provide links to, tutorials for using LTS, Instructions for bucket creation and sharing, and other support resources.
