What is inaccurate?

scratch deletion/retention policy is not written at: https://docs.rc.uab.edu/data_management/storage/#user-scratch

Let's add a statement about data retention for 30 days. Make sure we include the intent of user scratch somewhere in the opening paragraph.

Data held in user scratch may be retained on the system for 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete data to free space. The user scratch pool is a shared resource, so please treat it as temporary storage.
