Speed and volume override on each startup

If I speed up playback and open another video the playback speed will reset.
If I change playback speed close the player bakamplayer.ini will be changed with speed and volume that I set. But when I open video again speed and volume will reset (also in config file). The same behavior when I set config file read only permission but without changing config.

So, is there a way to change default playback speed?
