According to https://github.com/typst/packages?tab=readme-ov-file#third-party-metadata, third-party tools should attach their metadata as a sub-table under tools, so it would be great if utpm would do that by default.

I'm working on it! See the PR #9
It's already set by default on tool.utpm in the branch dev.
