Points to deliver

Clean dependencies, update when possible, take care of contacts, etc.
Add property testing
Expose VRF-03 (aka Praos) rather than experimental VRF-10
Describe in more clear and developer friendly way how VRF-03 works, how it is used in node
Possibly show/generate message node uses with vrf and if add do CLI
Bump version to 0.2
Relocate to Pragma org/pallas ?
