Problem description

I was trying to send a message to a WhatsApp number, and noticed it was being sent as SMS until I added the whatsapp: prefix to both to and from fields, per the docs here.

It's my first time using Twilio so I had to roll back to the docs to find the solution, I suppose this bit is missing from the Send Message Extension docs.

Suggestion

Add the following note to the docs:

Note: both from and to fields must be prefixed with whatsapp: if you're sending to a WhatsApp number.
