Request for comment (RFC): Progress Bar

Hi all,

Paste is adding a Progress Bar component, and we'd like your feedback.

We’ve come to the conclusion that all submitted examples of Progress Bar are actually Meters, which begs the question…do we really need this component right now?

Please comment if you have a strong opinion about this component, as the team might decide to back-burner this in favor of higher priorities.
