Docusaurus v3 was recently released: https://docusaurus.io/blog/releases/3.0
The current release of this package requires 2.0.0-beta.21, however it seems to work OK if I override the dependencies and force them to 3.0.0.

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources allocated to look at this as I'm on another team now.
I'd be happy to +1 any pull request, though! Be sure to bump the major version in package.json.
