Multiple push notifications for same event in Pixelfed

Detailed description

A certain user has favorited one of my images on Pixelfed. (This is the top-most entry on the list of notifications in Tusky and on Pixelfed.) Within the last couple of hours, I have received (and looked at/opened/dismissed) at least five push notifications from Tusky for this event.

Expected behaviour
I receive only one push notification per event. Pixelfed or Tusky remember that I have already received this push notification.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Use your phone as you would normally use it. Push notification comes eventually.
2. Delete push notification.
3. Push notification comes again after some time.

I'm not 100% sure that it's a duplicate because unlike #4114 I see the event only once in the app tab. I don't see an error 404 when trying to delete notifications - but it doesn't work. Anyway, I hope this can be fixed.
