Review/Revise Collections Tutorial and Create Workshop

This tutorial itself needs a quick read through/edit. Then we need a workshop/set of exercises to practice the techniques. The tutorial is scheduled for 90 minutes and the workshop/exercises an additional 90 minutes.

We could use data from EventManager, or something more creative? It'd be a good opportunity to use a koans-style testing approach.

The class takes place Tuesday 2/5, so this should be completed on or before 2/4.
