Add acceptance/unit test to verify the connection watching behaviour

• Probably better in an acceptance test
• Flow:
  • start service
  • add new connection
  • query the connection (after a few secs delay)
  • query should work/connection should be ready
  • stop service

• Creation of a new connection file with connection block
• Amending an existing connection file with connection block
