Steampiep 2.3.1 reinstalls Postgres & the fdw driver on every run

Describe the bug
After updating to steampipe 2.3.1 (with the correct macOS postgres build), everytime I start steampipe it rinstalls postgres & the fdw driver.

Steampipe version (steampipe -v)
v2.3.1 macOS 14.7 x86_64

To reproduce
steampipe query
steampipe plugin list
steampipe service start

Running any of these commands will perform these steps.
⠴ Download & install embedded PostgreSQL database…
⠦ Download & install steampipe-postgres-fdw…

Expected behavior
It to just start and not reinstall Postgres & the FDW driver.

Additional context
I have tried fully deleting the "~/.steampipe/db" folder to see if that helps resolve the issue.

One oddity is that the ~/.steampipe/db/versions.json does not list a version for the "embedded_db"."version" field (it is an empty "")

Hey @urkle, there were some issues with the v2.3.1 release. Could you please try the latest Steampipe v2.3.2?

Every Steampipe version has a set imageDigest for the embedded PostgreSQL database. Steampipe checks the image_digest in the versions.json file and determines whether it needs to update the db and fdw. Now, since the v14.19.0 package was fixed and overwritten, the SHA of the package got updated.

If you upgrade to v2.3.2, you should see your database and fdw get updated ONCE, and the versions.json in db should have the embedded_db.image_digest as sha256:84264ef41853178707bccb091f5450c22e835f8a98f9961592c75690321093d9.
After that the db and fdw should not get updated anymore.

So if you could please upgrade to v2.3.2 and let us know if you're still seeing issues!
