Run CIS Benchmark on Single VM Instance

Dear All,

I want to run cis benchmark on a specific vm instance in azure instead of running the benchmark on all vms. Can anybody guide me that how to do it?

I have tried with the following command steampipe check benchmark.cis_v130 --tag 'key:value' to run on specific tag value assets but the results which come back are empty.

Anybody please help me to run benchmark scan on a single VM.
