Problem in conect with topic with is in cloud private #1740

I'm trying to connect my application to a topic that is in a private cloud. My application is also on a private cloud. Locally I can connect to a Kafka topic that is local. Authentication is done through a keytab pointed out in the application's yamls in openshift. I receive the following error from the attached image. My question is: is there any other configuration I can make in my application? I'm using Nestjs. Attached are also the settings I made in the application. Can you help me with this?
