So the logs are telling you exactly what is wrong:
Thus your alarm is either offline or, more likely, on cellular backup, you need to check it's status in the Ring app. |

I have three different ring alarms systems. The home ring base station is
online and is the one that I was trying to get the sensors to show up . The
two Dutch John locations the internet has been down for a month. I've
deleted those two ring base stations and the devices started showing up
under the home base station again. Interesting that I had to do that but it
worked. Thanks for your help!

I have the same issue. Mine just keeps reconnecting in a loop and when i go to the ring-mqtt in the side bad, i get 502:bad gateway |

That doesn't sound even remotely like the same issue. I'll ask you the same question I ask every single person, what do the logs say as, in general, logs are the only useful way to troubleshoot anything. The issue above was fully described in the logs. |

This is almost certainly due to your system not having enough memory to run the addon. I'm guessing you either have very minimal memory (1GB) or a significant number of other addons, or both. You can tell by the fact that, most of the time, it is crashing before even outputting a single line from the node process, which implies the node process is not able to initialize. |

My ring alarm panel, motion senors and door sensors are showing up under MQTT that they are no longer supported. I've tried a new install of HA and I have the same problem. I've always had a paid monitoring service with Ring. I've deleted all the ring devices and now I can't get them to show back up. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the Mosquitto Broker and Ring-MQTT. For some reason I can not get these devices to repopulate under MQTT. Any help would be apprecitated.
