Describe the bug
The color used for the background of the Specific portal button doesn't provide enough contrast to meet accessibility guidelines.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to: https://scout.tsdataclinic.com/explore/NYC
  2. View 'Specific portal' button.
  3. Note that the text is low-contrast which makes it difficult for some users to read.
  4. Adjusted to background color for contrast conformance to WCAG standards.

Expected behavior
To have all elements including this button to be in compliance with accessibility color contrast requirements.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
