Navigating between dataset pages just now has the issue that because the pages are quite similar, it's hard to tell if they have actually changed.

Feedback from other issue

When you click on a thematically similar dataset, it isn't clear that the page reloaded and the clicked dataset is now displayed on the left. I had a user clicking it multiple times and claiming nothing happens unless pointed to the descriptions changing on the left. Perhaps these open in a new tab?

I don't think automatically opening in a new tab is the right solution here (@bettyquinn would be interested in your thoughts) but we need to make that transition more distinct.
