-As other layers, ensure clear definition is included, esp what "resolved" means
-What would source data be?
-Similar to layers with Indigenous populations, need to brainstorm: is there a way to visualize these values simultaneously with bill info that is not overwhelming/confusing to users? Or should these layers remain something that is viewed in isolation?
