By "embed codes" or "embeds" or "new JS Embed codes" client means ...
By "getting stuck" the client means that when the user performs an action (for example, clicking on a submit button), the browser window does not scroll up to the top as expected, but stays "at the bottom", typically causing the large yellow footer to fill the visible portion.
It needs to be reproduced on production or staging. Need to see an HTML file that that is "stuck" and look at page source to see why. What's the prognosis for this?
