Test updated AWS Firehose and Kinesis producer

With commit 1b242a5 and a94a041 we simplified the firehose and kinesis producer within the scope of the documentation update. Unfortunately we have currently no setup for a production test.

Goal of this issue is to test the updated producer on aws.
