ZLS not installing for mach nominated versions

Installing mach-latest with -vmu mach and -D=zls does not install zls for that version. Not sure if metadata on zls versions for mach nominated versions exists but if it does this would be nice to have working

I need to dive into this. I'm not sure how we could fetch a prebuilt version of this commit, but considering ZVM is a Zig version manager, I bet we could build this commit from source with whatever version of Zig we'd need. Then install it on the right folder.

Are we sure this is the latest version that's supported by Mach? What errors was ZLS/ZVM/Zig giving you? @Khitiara .

@tristanisham current newest zls wouldnt start because it requires a newer zig version
