Table Level Resource access not working

I've connected trino with opa for providing secure access grants, but when I write a policy like this

default allow = false

allow {
    input.context.identity.user == "trino"
}

allow {
    input.context.identity.user == "xxxx"
    input.action.resource.table.catalogName == "snowflake"
    input.action.resource.table.schemaName == "public"
    input.action.resource.table.tableName == "test"
}

The user trino is able to access all the tables and commands as expected but the user xxxx is getting access denied message for all the executed queries.

docker exec -it trino trino --user xxxx
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
trino> select * from snowflake.public.test;
Query <query_id> failed: Access Denied: Cannot execute query

Please let me know If my policy is correct. I've checked the input files too, everything is correct. If I give default allow = true and apply a row filter for the same table and user. It is working as expected. Thanks in Advance !
