Tested on a fresh installation of Grav + Admin and only the quick-tray-links plugin, I found out that the links are not showing when the user isn't admin.super. The user has every permission enabled except admin.super.

My opinion is that the links should be visible to anyone with the admin.login permission.

Is this a bug, or is this made on purpose?
