Add default date option to prevent minDate being default starting point #20

I am using the datepicker for date of birth. I use the minDate and maxDate options for omitting dates past todays date and anything before 140 years ago. Unfortunately the minDate is also the default starting point for any user and I want them to start closer to what their age should be.

I would like a default option to populate with the average age of our user base. This will give the users a better starting point to choose their date of birth.

I realise something similar can be achieved by setting a value on the datePicker but this will make the input look like it is already filled in and will be confusing to users.
